    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct outbound client calls for event invitations and follow-ups.
    • Collect, review, and organize client KYC and onboarding documentation.
    • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
    • Maintain trackers for clients, events, candidates, and onboarding status.
    • Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.

    Requirements

    • Graduate in any discipline.
    • 1–3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, operations, or administration.
    • Strong communication skills; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Ability to work in a regulated financial-services environment.
