Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound client calls for event invitations and follow-ups.
- Collect, review, and organize client KYC and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Maintain trackers for clients, events, candidates, and onboarding status.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in client coordination, operations, or administration.
- Strong communication skills; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a regulated financial-services environment.
