Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client support and service, primarily for Arabic-speaking clients.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to Forex, CFDs, Cryptocurrencies, and Commodities trading.
- Ensure a smooth and positive trading experience for all clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Educate clients on Pepperstone’s platforms, products, and services.
- Contribute to enhancing overall client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
- Fluency in Arabic (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a client-facing role, preferably within financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic online trading environment.
- Knowledge of Forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
