    Key Responsibilities

    • Offer excellent customer experience by providing a seamless account opening process.
    • Review and approve client applications according to specific regulations.
    • Verify documents and complete extended ID checks, identifying potential risks.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to hasten and complete the verification process.
    • Identify areas for improvements and opportunities to streamline processes.
    • Work closely with other departments to provide accurate information on new accounts.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, ideally in a bilingual environment.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
    • Attention to details with the ability to maintain quality even in busy times.
    • Ability to use good judgement, act, and make decisions with integrity.
    • Strong customer focus and passion for providing excellent customer service.
