Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operational support for the Sales Team.
- Coordinate and follow up on leads, client accounts, and sales progress.
- Manage and confirm unit availability, pricing, and reservations.
- Prepare and coordinate offers, OTPs, SPAs, addendums, and related agreements.
- Liaise with Legal, Finance, and Management for approvals and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales documentation and client status.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, client operations, or real estate administration.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales processes, OTPs, SPAs, and unit allocation.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Excel; experience with Salesforce is mandatory.
