Key Responsibilities
- Support the line manager in identifying key clients and growth opportunities.
- Conduct account segmentation analysis to categorize accounts effectively.
- Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for performance reporting and sales forecasts.
- Identify opportunities for growth through new products and services.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective relationship management.
- Develop and maintain account plans to optimize margin performance and growth potential.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Sales or Account management, preferably in Marine & Offshore.
- Strong forecasting and account planning abilities with commercial acumen.
- Strong solution selling skills and negotiation techniques.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Thorough understanding of the shipping market and marine environment.
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar software for account management.
