    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the line manager in identifying key clients and growth opportunities.
    • Conduct account segmentation analysis to categorize accounts effectively.
    • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for performance reporting and sales forecasts.
    • Identify opportunities for growth through new products and services.
    • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring effective relationship management.
    • Develop and maintain account plans to optimize margin performance and growth potential.

    Requirements

    • Significant experience in Sales or Account management, preferably in Marine & Offshore.
    • Strong forecasting and account planning abilities with commercial acumen.
    • Strong solution selling skills and negotiation techniques.
    • Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
    • Thorough understanding of the shipping market and marine environment.
    • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar software for account management.
