Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, support) to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.

- Monitor client performance metrics and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within fintech or education technology.
