This role provides critical administrative support to Lyra’s Clinical Case Management team, ensuring smooth handling of referrals, data entry, scheduling, invoicing, and collaboration with global clinical teams.

Job Responsibilities
- Support clinical case management with data entry, session updates, and sourcing affiliates.
- Assist with referrals, bookings, diary management, and case updates.
- Coordinate ad-hoc clinical interventions, including learning and development activities.
- Collaborate with Lyra’s global clinical teams and affiliates to ensure effective case management.
- Process invoices, ensuring services align with clinical data.
- Partner with finance teams for timely invoice handling.
- Participate in governance, quality assurance, and service development.
- Contribute to business development and provide flexible support as the team grows.
Requirements
- Essential:
- Previous experience in administration.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Computer literacy and ability to multitask effectively.
- Desirable:
- Experience working with clinicians or within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Familiarity with administrative boundaries and escalation processes.
- Experience working remotely and independently.
