Astro Offshore, an Adani Group Company, is seeking a dynamic Commercial Executive to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is crucial for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and expanding market presence within the offshore marine and oil & gas industries across the Middle East, India, Far East Asia, and Africa.

Serving the offshore marine industry since 2009, Astro owns and operates a fleet of offshore support vessels including ocean going tugs, AHTs, Workboats as well as barges that support a wide range of clients across key markets in the offshore oil and gas industry, from drilling support to production and on and offshore construction. Based in Dubai and Singapore, Astro is located in two major hubs for the offshore industry. Electing Dubai as the location for our headquarters, Astro is situated in a major maritime centre, serving the Middle East, India, Far East Asia and Africa. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to expand market share in the offshore marine sector.
• Manage existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities across key regions.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements to secure profitable ventures.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform commercial decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational and technical teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Prepare comprehensive commercial proposals and presentations for potential clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven commercial experience, preferably within the offshore marine, oil & gas, or maritime logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the offshore market dynamics and client requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
