Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for commercial operations.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth.
- Monitor commercial performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage financial risks and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and promotional activities.
- Develop and implement financial controls to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial finance, financial planning, or analysis, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
