Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs in the preparation and cooking of various dishes according to Beefbar’s recipes.
- Ensure all food preparation meets Beefbar’s high standards of quality, presentation, and taste.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation and equipment.
- Handle and store food ingredients properly to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Strictly follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen protocols.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service during busy periods.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commis de Cuisine or in a similar culinary role, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong passion for high-quality food, culinary excellence, and a commitment to learning.
- Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, demanding kitchen environment.
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude.
