Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for Russia and CIS.
- Manage media relations, public relations, and corporate communications activities.
- Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the region.
- Collaborate with global teams to align regional communication efforts with company objectives.
- Act as a spokesperson and manage crisis communications as needed.
- Lead and mentor a regional communications team to achieve strategic goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape and cultural nuances in Russia and CIS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
- Ability to work strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
