Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for Russia and CIS.
• Manage media relations, public relations, and corporate communications activities.
• Oversee internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across the region.
• Collaborate with global teams to align regional communication efforts with company objectives.
• Act as a spokesperson and manage crisis communications as needed.
• Lead and mentor a regional communications team to achieve strategic goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in communications, public relations, or marketing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape and cultural nuances in Russia and CIS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
• Ability to work strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
