    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the Communication Executives team.
    • Own and standardize all client communication templates.
    • Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging.
    • Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Handover teams.
    • Handle executive-level client correspondence.
    • Support crisis communication and escalation management.

    Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in communications, client relations, or customer success.
    • Prior team-management experience is mandatory.
    • Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
    • Experience in real estate is mandatory.
    • Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
    • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is mandatory.
