Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Communication Executives team.
- Own and standardize all client communication templates.
- Ensure consistent tone, branding, and messaging.
- Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Handover teams.
- Handle executive-level client correspondence.
- Support crisis communication and escalation management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in communications, client relations, or customer success.
- Prior team-management experience is mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Experience in real estate is mandatory.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is mandatory.
