This role sits at the intersection of community management, client relationships, and business growth. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for community members and clients, ensure a high-quality engagement experience, activate the community through structured activities, and contribute directly to revenue generation by supporting lead management, upselling, and partnership opportunities. The role requires a confident self-starter who can take ownership, operate independently, and manage relationships end-to-end in a fast-moving environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as the main point of contact for business community members and client accounts.
    • Plan, coordinate, and support community activities such as networking events and workshops.
    • Support the sales process by qualifying leads and managing follow-ups.
    • Identify potential partners, collaborators, and strategic opportunities.
    • Manage multiple accounts and relationships simultaneously.
    • Provide regular updates and insights on community health and engagement.

    Requirements

    • Based in Dubai and available for full-time work.
    • 1-3+ years of experience in community management, client relations, or business development.
    • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
    • Comfortable working independently and meeting engagement and commercial targets.
    • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
