This contract role is open to UAE Nationals only and involves engaging with founders, partners, and service providers to ensure a vibrant and valuable campus experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture a strong startup and innovation community within the campus.
• Design and execute engagement activities such as networking sessions, workshops, and demo days.
• Lead onboarding sessions for new founders and ensure smooth integration into the community.
• Maintain regular engagement with community members to understand their needs and challenges.
• Support the delivery of in-house and partner-led programs through coordination and on-ground execution.

Requirements

• Based in Al Dhafra or willing to work on-site in Al Dhafra full-time.
• Must be a UAE National.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in community engagement, programs, or ecosystem-focused roles.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
