Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust compliance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and ensure the company’s and clients’ adherence to relevant laws and standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and comprehensive training to staff on compliance matters and best practices.
  • Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to management and relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Collaborate closely with legal and IT teams to effectively integrate compliance into all operational processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience as a Compliance Manager or in a similar compliance-focused role, with 5+ years preferred.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks pertinent to the IT and Legal sectors.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, CCEP) are considered a significant advantage.
