Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant financial laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Conduct thorough compliance reviews and audits to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective compliance training programs for staff and clients.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory reports to relevant authorities within deadlines.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries and investigations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of local and international compliance regulations, including AML and GDPR.
- Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex compliance issues clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- High level of integrity, ethical conduct, and discretion.
- Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools.
