Key Responsibilities

• Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters and ethical conduct.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders on compliance issues.
• Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or breaches promptly and effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Compliance Officer, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of UAE financial and insurance regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and concisely.
• High ethical standards, integrity, and strong professional judgment.
• Proficiency in relevant compliance software and tools is an advantage.
