Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant advertising industry regulations and data privacy laws.
- Develop, implement, and update internal compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps.
- Advise on best practices for ad content, user data handling, and platform operations.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and sales teams to integrate compliance into business processes.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory bodies and senior management as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Compliance Officer, preferably in ad tech or digital media.
- Strong understanding of advertising regulations, data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex regulatory information clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and ethical conduct.
