Key Responsibilities
- Ensure ongoing compliance with Free Zone authority regulations and UAE laws.
- Review and monitor company activities, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct compliance checks, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
- Maintain compliance records and prepare reports for management and regulators.
- Act as the primary point of contact with Free Zone authorities.
- Support audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business, Compliance, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in compliance within a Freezone environment.
- Knowledge of AML/CFT requirements.
