Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute purchasing activities for goods and services critical to logistics operations.
• Negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms, pricing, and quality.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with departments to ensure timely procurement.
• Evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all purchasing functions.
• Work closely with supply chain teams to optimize the overall logistics and distribution network.

Requirements

• Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably within the logistics sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor relationship management skills.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in relevant procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A deep understanding of national and international logistics processes is highly valued.
