    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage real estate construction projects from planning and design to execution and handover.
    • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
    • Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
    • Ensure strict compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
    • Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and presentations for management and clients.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on real estate developments.
    • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and local regulations.
