Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage real estate construction projects from planning and design to execution and handover.
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure strict compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed project reports, progress updates, and presentations for management and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction project management, with a focus on real estate developments.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and local regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
- Fluency in French and English is highly desirable for effective communication in the region.
