Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of the RA’s Consumer Protection Strategy.
• Support and deliver outreach and education campaigns to the public and retailers.
• Receive and assess consumer protection complaints from various channels.
• Ensure effective case management and provide first instance resolution where possible.
• Maintain the effectiveness of the Consumer Protection Monitoring Framework.
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships within CLIENT and locally.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of experience in analytics/policy/consumer protection background.
• Experience in handling consumer enquiries and complaints.
• Ability to manage cases and assist investigations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in shifts (i.e. evenings).
