Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming patient inquiries and communication through various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently and accurately, managing calendars.
  • Provide clear and concise information regarding services, procedures, and clinic policies.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system as required.
  • Resolve patient concerns and issues with empathy, professionalism, and prompt follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams and departments to ensure seamless patient flow and coordination.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred).
