Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer project contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitor and address contract risks in critical work packages, proposing remedial actions.
• Manage the change process, including change orders, claims, back charges, and penalties.
• Liaise with the project team and coordinate Contract Reviews.
• Administer contractual correspondence with clients, subcontractors, and consortium partners.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by the Project and Area Contract Management.
