Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and manage all contractual aspects of assigned projects, ensuring full compliance.
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, variations, and claims in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with project teams, clients, and subcontractors regarding all contractual matters.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate contract records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert contractual advice and support to project managers and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues, implementing mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or program management projects.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and administration principles.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, and complex project environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and standard Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual documents and provide clear, actionable insights.
