Key Responsibilities
- Perform the commercial function of the project with strong interface with the delivery team.
- Understand project risks and be aware of risk management and contingencies.
- Comply fully with NMDC Commercial Procedures at site level.
- Ensure the maximizing of cash flow by providing timely input into valuations.
- Prepare variations and claims and provide input into the preparation of disputes.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent.
- Attainment of Professional Member Qualification, e.g. RICS, CIOB, ICES, CIARB or similar.
- Minimum 05 years of related work experience in similar industries.
- High level of commercial and technical knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of the Project Team.
- Good understanding and focus, with appropriate motivation and leading by personal example.
