Key Responsibilities

• Administer post-award contract obligations by reviewing drawings, specifications, and conditions.
• Serve as the primary client interface for all contractual and commercial matters.
• Identify, prepare, and submit variations, EOT claims, and contractual notices.
• Monitor project risks and scope deviations, advising the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with site teams, planning, QS, and engineering departments.
• Support preparation of interim payment applications and track approvals.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of contract administration in building construction.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interface.
• Ability to identify and manage project risks and scope deviations.
• Proficiency in preparing and submitting variations and EOT claims.
• Knowledge of interim payment applications and approval processes.
• Familiarity with maintaining accurate contract documentation.
