    ABB, a global leader in electrification and automation, is seeking a Service Contract Manager to join its Marine & Ports business in Västerås, Sweden. In this role, you’ll be responsible for securing and managing long-term service agreements with international customers, ensuring their success while driving ABB’s business growth. This is a unique opportunity to work in a truly international environment, combining customer success, sales, and operational excellence.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Sell and manage service contracts with global customers.
    • Lead negotiations for new agreements, extensions, and renewals.
    • Collaborate with ABB units worldwide to coordinate resources and customer support.
    • Plan and organize meetings to ensure strong internal and external alignment.
    • Take budget responsibility for service contracts, including sales goals and performance tracking.
    • Coordinate with ABB’s Marine & Ports on-call team and call center for service scheduling.
    • Support the Service Sales organization in driving customer satisfaction and growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering.
    • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
    • At least 2 years of experience in sales, service, or customer-facing roles.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
    • Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative global teams.
    • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is a strong plus).
