Key Responsibilities
- Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.
- Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.
- Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 15+ Years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in managing contracts for large-scale projects
