Key Responsibilities

• Review tender documents to identify contractual qualifications and high-risk conditions.
• Support the preparation of contractual clarifications, ensuring obligations are understood.
• Administer contract handover to project teams, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
• Support project managers in substantiating variations, claims, and change orders.
• Maintain a register of contractual risks, obligations, and deliverables.
• Assist in project close-out and final account settlement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in contract management within the EPC sector.
• Proven experience working with ADNOC and major EPC contractors in the UAE or GCC region.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with EDMS review and interpretation of engineering documents/drawings.
• Strong drafting, stakeholder coordination, and record-keeping skills.
