Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents to identify contractual qualifications and high-risk conditions.
- Support the preparation of contractual clarifications, ensuring obligations are understood.
- Administer contract handover to project teams, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
- Support project managers in substantiating variations, claims, and change orders.
- Maintain a register of contractual risks, obligations, and deliverables.
- Assist in project close-out and final account settlement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in contract management within the EPC sector.
- Proven experience working with ADNOC and major EPC contractors in the UAE or GCC region.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EDMS review and interpretation of engineering documents/drawings.
- Strong drafting, stakeholder coordination, and record-keeping skills.
