Parker Connect is seeking a Contracts Manager / Commercial Manager for the MENA region. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, manage risk and compliance, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives on budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and close out.
- Conduct contract risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard business interests.
- Monitor contract execution to ensure parties meet obligations, KPIs, and deliverables.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, sales, operations, procurement) and external parties (clients, vendors).
- Collaborate with finance teams to align contracts with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue recognition.
Requirements
- Experience in contract lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing various contract types.
