Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses.
  • Support the control function by ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
  • Participate in data collection, validation, and reconciliation for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with various finance teams to support business operations.
  • Maintain and update financial records and documentation diligently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a finance, control, or reporting role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
