Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards (e.g., IFRS) and company financial policies and procedures.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to regional management to optimize business performance.
  • Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial risk management strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the regional finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or controller role.
  • CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification is highly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
