Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee engineering projects and maintenance activities within the pharmaceutical plant.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and local regulations.
- Optimize plant processes, equipment performance, and resource utilization for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Lead and mentor the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Collaborate effectively with production, quality control, and R&D departments to support manufacturing goals.
- Implement innovative engineering solutions to resolve technical challenges and drive operational advancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an engineering coordination or leadership role within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards, quality systems, and GMP regulations.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English for technical documentation and international collaboration.
