Key Responsibilities
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are in place for all Front Office sections and are updated frequently.
- Work together with all other hotel departments to ensure Front Office employees fully cooperate.
- Respond to all email inquiries and maintain guest profiles in the property management system.
- Assist in maintaining the Customer Feedback system and promote ongoing incentive programs.
- Inspect hotel rooms frequently and provide Housekeeping with feedback on room status.
- Communicate maintenance issues and address them accordingly, reviewing reservations and room allocations.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in hotel Management or equivalent.
- 2 years in similar position in a five-star hotel. Middle East Experience is preferred.
- OPERA/Fidelio Knowledge and Computer skills.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Ability to attend emergencies in a level-headed manner.
- Attention to Detail & Quality and Customer service oriented.
