    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the Development Partners Group (DPG) Secretariat.
    • Support strategic planning and implementation of development initiatives among partners.
    • Manage communication channels and information flow between UNDP and DPG members.
    • Organize and prepare for DPG meetings, workshops, and other key events.
    • Draft reports, minutes, briefs, and other necessary documentation for the DPG.
    • Promote effective collaboration and synergies among various development stakeholders.

    Requirements

    • Extensive experience in international development coordination or similar roles.
    • Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and complex international environment.
    • Demonstrated commitment to UNDP’s mission of poverty eradication and sustainable development.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other UN official languages is an asset.
