Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate the activities of the Development Partners Group (DPG) Secretariat.
- Support strategic planning and implementation of development initiatives among partners.
- Manage communication channels and information flow between UNDP and DPG members.
- Organize and prepare for DPG meetings, workshops, and other key events.
- Draft reports, minutes, briefs, and other necessary documentation for the DPG.
- Promote effective collaboration and synergies among various development stakeholders.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in international development coordination or similar roles.
- Strong organizational, project management, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and complex international environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to UNDP’s mission of poverty eradication and sustainable development.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other UN official languages is an asset.
