Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting internal audits of financial and operational processes.
- Support the documentation of audit findings and the preparation of audit reports.
- Verify compliance with internal company policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Collaborate with the audit team to identify areas for process improvement.
- Participate in fieldwork and data analysis under the guidance of senior auditors.
- Contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in internal audit.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
