Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate and events-related roles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and background checks.
- Manage employment contracts and ensure compliance with UAE labour laws.
- Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure new hires integrate smoothly.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and alignment with company values in all recruitment activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar recruitment role.
- Experience within the entertainment or events industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
