Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on production costs and variances.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems and procedures.
• Prepare detailed cost reports for management decision-making.
• Conduct inventory valuation and reconcile physical counts.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting related to costs.
• Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Cost Accountant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
