Job Overview
LEGOLAND® Dubai Resort is seeking a Cost Controller to effectively manage and control Food & Beverage costs. The successful candidate will supervise inventory counts, control wastage, and prepare COGS variance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily food & Beverage cost reports.
- Monitor menu pricing to ensure alignment with cost margins and profitability.
- Manage & track inventory levels, minimizing spoilage and wastage.
- Conduct surprise spot checks at all F&B outlets and Warehouse.
- Calculate and update food and beverage recipe costs.
- Analyze financial reports and provide insights into cost control performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business or related field is required.
- At least 3 years’ work experience in the finance division of a company.
- Knowledge of Adaco (Inventory Management), Symphony, Oracle Fusion, Opera preferred.
- Strong integrity and business ethics.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
