Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cost control procedures and policies across various departments.
- Analyze manufacturing costs, identify discrepancies, and propose efficiency improvements.
- Prepare detailed cost reports, budgets, and financial forecasts regularly.
- Monitor operational expenditures against approved budgets and highlight variances to management.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and other teams to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or in a similar financial management role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all financial reporting.
