Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all in-country operations, programs, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement country strategies aligned with The EinStrong Foundation’s global mission.
- Manage financial resources, budgeting, and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local government, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and organizational policies and procedures.
- Represent The EinStrong Foundation at national and international forums and events.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience in international development or humanitarian sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing cash transfer programs and mobile technology solutions.
- Exceptional strategic planning, operational management, and financial oversight skills.
- Strong ability to build, mentor, and manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
