    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and scale the Middle East organization with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
    • Establish and expand regional structures, including opening offices or hubs in key markets.
    • Recruit, develop, and retain top regional talent.
    • Drive high efficiency across Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Support.
    • Build and expand a strong B2B partner network.
    • Take full P&L and revenue responsibility for the Middle East.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience scaling a region or multi-country operation in a high-growth B2B or technology-driven environment.
    • Strong sales leadership and partner-led growth experience.
    • Hands-on, execution-focused leader.
    • Data-driven and performance-oriented.
    • Solid technical understanding in smart home, building automation, IoT, energy management, or a related field.
    • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire teams.
