Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Middle East organization with a strong entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
- Establish and expand regional structures, including opening offices or hubs in key markets.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top regional talent.
- Drive high efficiency across Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Support.
- Build and expand a strong B2B partner network.
- Take full P&L and revenue responsibility for the Middle East.
Requirements
- Proven experience scaling a region or multi-country operation in a high-growth B2B or technology-driven environment.
- Strong sales leadership and partner-led growth experience.
- Hands-on, execution-focused leader.
- Data-driven and performance-oriented.
- Solid technical understanding in smart home, building automation, IoT, energy management, or a related field.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and inspire teams.
