Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive creative marketing strategies for Wisey products.
- Lead the creative direction for all marketing campaigns across various digital and traditional channels.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and R&D teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Mentor and develop a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on creative strategy, preferably within the tech or software development industry.
- Demonstrated ability to lead successful marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and content creation.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
