Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounts receivable cycle and ensure timely collection and accurate reconciliation.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Generate and issue statements of account to customers.
- Prepare weekly aging and collections reports, including customer feedback and performance tracking.
- Process commission payments and resolve commission-related discrepancies.
- Verify VAT details and ensure compliance with FTA regulations on all tax invoices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collection / Credit Officer within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential real estate transactions.
- Fluent in Persian and proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
