Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth credit analysis and financial modeling for leveraged finance transactions.
- Evaluate financial statements, business plans, and market conditions to assess creditworthiness.
- Support the structuring and execution of credit facilities and debt instruments.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and business operations teams to provide financial insights.
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify potential risks or opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, leveraged finance, or a similar financial role.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
