Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Train in various restaurant positions including Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.
• Ensure the highest level of customer service in a clean and safe environment.
• Resolve simple customer queries and refer difficult ones to Managers.
• Adhere to brand standards and keep up to date with Five Guys University courses.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort in operational and kitchen areas.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a service crew or similar role.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Adherence to brand standards and food safety requirements.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Punctuality and good grooming.
