Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies to engage employees globally.
  • Champion and cultivate Emma’s strong company culture across all offices and teams.
  • Manage various internal communication channels, ensuring consistent and transparent messaging.
  • Plan and organize company-wide events, initiatives, and employee engagement programs.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership to support talent development and change management initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of internal communications and culture programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in internal communications, corporate affairs, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Strong understanding of employer branding, employee engagement, and culture development strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to evolving priorities.
