    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the delivery of CNS projects and Care services for key customers, ensuring seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
    • Interface with C-level executives within customer organizations to manage relationships and drive project governance.
    • Oversee a team of Project Managers and Technical Managers, providing guidance and support for project initiatives.
    • Assume financial ownership for revenue and margin related to assigned accounts, ensuring contractual commitments are met.
    • Accountable for delivery management throughout the entire project lifecycle, from Bid decision to execution and handover.
    • Identify business opportunities for upselling and collaborate with CX and BG teams to maximize customer value.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor degree of engineering or computer science.
    • Core and Business Application competence, preferably in Nokia portfolio.
    • Experience in Greenfield launch of new operators, and previous experience in a similar role.
    • Strong customer management skills with interaction at C-level.
    • Solid financial management capabilities.
    • Proven leadership experience in managing teams both onsite and remotely.
