    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, greeting callers and providing information on registered requests or complaints.
    • Register complaints and job requests in CAFM, ensuring recording details and updating information.
    • Refer registered requests/complaints to concerned departments for resolution, updating the system and informing the customer.
    • Check helpdesk emails and web/app complaints from customers, monitoring abandoned calls and calling back customers.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports.
    • Maintain excellent relationships with other departments and team members to exceed customer requirements.

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of customer care processes and best practices.
    • Proficiency in computer skills/CAFM.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, multilingual preferred.
    • Good organizational and time management skills.
